National Vaccination Month

During the month of March our practice will participate in National Vaccination Month. Due to the increase in many infectious diseases such as Parvovirus infection. Intervet have launched a campaign to make pet owners aware of the risks of these diseases.

We urge pet owners to have their pets fully vaccinated in order to prevent contracting diseases that are fatal in many instances. As an incentive, our practice offers a full course of vaccinations for the price of a booster, thereby saving up to £16-50!

In order to qualify for this offer, log onto www.vaccinationmonth.co.uk and print a voucher to be presented when you come for your appointment. Alternatively, quote Reference NVM when you book your appointment. Please phone reception on 01582 723521 to register and make your appointment.

Our practice also offers Healthy Pet Club, a way by which you can pay for all your routine vaccinations, worming and flea treatment by monthly direct debit, as well as offering a saving of 20% on services. Please contact the practice on 01582 723521 for more information.

New veterinary assistant

We are very pleased to announce that Alex Miranda joined us in December to replace our previous vet, Mhairi, who decided to travel to Hong Kong!

Alex is a very enthusiastic person and she always has a smile on her face. Alex has enrolled with the Royal College for Veterinary Surgeons for further studies in Small Animal Medicine, as this is her area of interest.
