Our aim at Studley Road Veterinary Surgery is to put the welfare of our patients first, followed by providing a top quality service to our clients at all times. We believe that unless the correct impression is given at the initial point of contact, usually by telephone or at the reception desk, then it is more difficult to instil confidence by the quality of work carried out subsequently.
We are proud to announce that we have recently achieved the coveted Tier 2 Status under the strict Practice Standards Scheme of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
The protocols, equipment, standard of service and surgical facilities are all inspected and approved to maintain the Tier 2 Status.
We now also offer modern ultrasound scanning facilities providing a significant improvement to the range of services that we already offer. This ensures that we can give you a complete and thorough service within the practice.
We are also in the process of redecorating the interior of the practice to match the new colour scheme on the outside. Furthermore, our extended consulting hours and the addition of a 4th consulting room make it possible to see patients almost 12 hours per day!
